Located on the first floor, our largest event space is worthy of everything from corporate kickoffs and after-hours mixers to yoga classes and lunch-and-learns. Room partitions create intimacy for gatherings of 30 people, while the entire hall provides grand sophistication for an active crowd of up to 300. The flexibility of this space allows for events with any technological need or event setup, ensuring a comfortable and engaging atmosphere for all attendees.

Boardroom, Living Room, and Patio

This package of collaborative spaces offers an opportunity to seamlessly transition from meeting to mingling. The Boardroom is great for fostering productive discussions and collaborative work, with natural light and beautiful scenery to accompany you. After your discussions, move into the adjacent Living Room space for connection and networking to continue. Finally, take your business into a happy hour on the rooftop patio located just outside the discussion rooms. This package of event spaces is located on the 7th floor of our buildingoffering breathtaking views of both the mountains and cityscape. Whether you’re discussing important matters or celebrating a special occasion, this scenic backdrop adds an extra touch of elegance and tranquility to your experience.

Each of our conference room options is great for hosting corporate meetings, webinars, or conferences with a smaller capacity of people. Reach out to us if you’re unsure which space will work for you.

Additional Event Information

Catering

While not included, catering is allowed, and there are no restrictions on the company you chose to work with. Food Trucks are allowed as well.

Rentals

Tables are not provided by Catalyst, although renting them from a third party is allowed. The company you use is not restricted in any way. The day before set up and the day after takedown is offered at an extra cost. Furniture already in space can’t be removed or moved.

Additional Amenities

Not only will you have access to Catalyst and our many breakrooms and other amenities, you’ll also have the opportunity to take your coworkers to local RiNo spots for additional networking and collaboration.
